Caroline was very professional, kind and caring towards my Thunder Bunny. This was Thunder's visit to Bunny Bunch for a grooming. Usually, I've gone there to pick up her hay and treats. Thunder will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

I boarded my buns at the Fountain Valley location while I was out of town and was extremely worried about leaving my babies for so long, but Caroline took the time to speak with me about what to expect and assuaged my fears. I bought (way too many) toys for my buns and was given photo and video updates of my babies whenever I asked of them enjoying the Bunny Bunch toys! It was such a relief to see them doing well and staying healthy. I even bought a carrot house for them and the team assembled it for my buns to enjoy 🙂
I've seen some negative reviews about response time, but considering how busy they are, be patient and persistent and they will get back to you. Also be mindful that they capture photos and are more responsive in the evening.
Thank you so much for taking care of my buns, Caroline and the Bunny Bunch! We will definitely be seeing you again!

They love the rabbits and had probably close to 50-75 rabbits inside a warehouse. The rabbits are all spayed and neutered, and judging by the cement floor, they all are litter box ready. They are easy to potty train. I have two rabbits I keep in the garage at night and let out into the yard during daylight hours. They both return to their litter box in the garage when they have to do their thing. Rabbits are fun to see playing, but I have had 8 in my lifetime and all seemed pretty dumb. They don’t know their names or come when you call them. Indoor/outdoor rabbits become fairly wild and eat your plants voraciously. An indoor only rabbit will become very tame and easy to sit on your lap. Lastly, they shed.

It's a good experience for volunteering. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. They also sell products for rabbits, chinchillas and guinea pigs.

Very nice rescue. They really do care for the pets. I appreciate that they screen you ahead of time before adopting just to make sure the guinea pig will be taken care of. Their items they sell at their shop are reasonably priced too.

Absolute best rescue I have ever been to. The owner, Caroline, really wants all the rabbit adopters to be knowledgeable so they fully understand the commitment adopting a rabbit is. She helped me find my first rabbit a bestfriend, and helped
me through the whole process. She let me meet there and have a "speed date" with my rabbit and other prospective rabbits. After only one week of bonding my bunnies, Precious and Jewels, are happy as can be.
The service is exceptional and knowing they are volunteers makes me even happier because they genuinely want to be there to make a difference. It can be a little slow but i'm not complaining because i'm surrounded by other people who are bunny obsessed.
I have only gone on saturdays and sundays, and sunday is typically busier. Sunday is also when i've had the luck with the super quality - professional like - photos.
The photo shoots they offer are also super adorable, even though sometimes the photographer is different and then the photo quality isn't 10/10. Regardless they are cute and I know my donation is going to a great cause.
They also offer hoppy hour which is THE BEST time ever. My bunny loves going and playing with all the other bunnies, especially before he got his bestfriend.

I've bought supplies from this location in person and online through curbside pickup. Their hay is great! I love that they have orchard hay since I'm allergic to the others and it's affordable. This was one of the locations I was considering when adopting a rabbit. Like any good rescue, there is a vetting process and they responded to my application with an email and phone call within 3 days.
