There was an issue with a missing item on our pick up order. We live 15 minutes away so we picked up something at a fast food place closer so it wasn’t 30 minutes before we got home with the missing item and the rest of the food was cold. I called and they fixed the issue for us. Friendly while doing it. So even though there was an inconvenience, they addressed it, resolved it and weren’t jerks about it. Good job to the staff on 2/7/25 in mount pleasant!

Mark is an amazing Manager & our Customer Service today, on our 9 year wedding anniversary was amazing. I'm so super sorry, I forget her name, but our waitress was so super polite, had such a wonderful personality, & upsold us on our meal perfectly. 10/10 Customer Service & a very exceptional experience overall. Will be back. 🧡

Your service was great. But your store was nasty looking. Tables were still dirty, and seats were as well. The floor was nasty . You need a bigger space to expand and more staff to clean windows and tables and floors.

Chelsea the manager was amazing, noticed our child was double dipping into ours our queso and brought him his own cup as well as markers and a toy football to play with when he was getting antsy before our food arrived. Lake our server was amazing, super quick, kept our drinks full and checked in frequently.

The atmosphere is ambiguous. Must I wait near the podium for permission to approach the take out counter? There is no clear direction and no accommodation was offered for waiting. Yet the staff was cheerful and helpful in ordering and taking my money. Very mixed signals here.

This is the most disgusted Buffalo Wild Wings ever this might be the most nasty restaurant in this town. Dirty menus rip booths nothing is wiped dirt and smudges all over forks and knives are dirty still food stuck on them. They need to be shut down for a major clean up!!!!!
