Place is an old but clean and nice hall with bathrooms and a fridge. Tables and chairs provided, hold about 50-75 people with a large outdoor area.. Good prices even if you aren't a member of the community and you can have alcohol. There's a lot of rules however and a lot of things you can do to lose part of your security deposit and get charged more so would not recommend for a rowdy crowd but overall good place for an event. YMMV

Nice space for a small event (50ish people). If you're a resident of Brookside rates are AM - 3PM $250, after 3PM the rates are $400. Bathrooms are clean, they provide tables, chairs, access to fridge, nice yard and plenty of parking. You can bring your own food, drinks and even a grill. Included in the $400 afternoon rates you get a security guard.

Their Easter egg hunt was well done and nice for the kids, I just wish it was a little more organized. They tried to separate the younger kids from the older ones but there wasn't anything to show the kids what was separate. And I guess there was a special prize for a golden egg but no one said anything about that before the hunt and I think there was only 1 golden egg even there were supposed to be 3 separate hunts according to age? Honestly I'm not sure, it was very confusing. But the kids had fun and that's all that matters.

Horrible staff! I spent over $500 and had no AC for the party! Trash cans were dirty with beer spilled inside when i arrived. Owner and other women showed no empathy or anything for my situation. Very unprofessional and didn't want to provide any type of refund for what we went through. It was 87 degrees outside that day, and the hall was 83 degrees inside. I had people leaving the party because it was so hot, including my one month old cousin. Lady over the phone was very disrespectful and doesn't know how to speak to anyone in a respectful manner. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Truly a waste of money and time.

This review is only for the little league ball field.
It's a mess. I'm sure a parent or friend, or someone knows someone, who is in construction and can grade the area around the bases so they don't flood. After it rains the infield doesn't drain and it becomes muddy and unsafe for the kids to play. Also, they need new dimatex all around the field; give the kids a proper field to play on, not a mud pit.

Brookside Parks are getting a facelift, the kids will finally have a basketball court walking trail and other fun things to do!
