I've been having a difficult time finding someone to speak to about some rough issues I'm facing as a disabled person. BCID actually returned my phone call in connecting me with the right person to help me out. Ms. Franco was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions while providing me with extra resources, too. I would highly recommend this organization. They really do seem to care and know their material.
