Went in after being attacked by an animal and the meds my Dr sent couldn't be filled... My BP going in 176/101, placed in the hall with no call light and after laying down I felt dizzy and started blacking out... 2 nurses were looking at me and walked away, well that left me with one choice. To use everything I had to sit up and hop to God that if I did blackout I would fall forward on the ground so someone noticed..... Tried to explain that I had almost blacked out and didn't get a call light to the Dr and was told "we aren't talking about that right now". After getting the information that he was willing to listen to over. The nice Dr walked into that open office and started running his mouth about how I'm upset because I don't understand what's going on? I almost had lost consciousness would anyone else be upset? Then before leaving more Drs were talking crap about patients and how one Dr was almost out and they aren't taking a belly pain patient but if it was a stitches removal they would.... The only one that asked about me was my X-ray tech (bless their soul for being kind)... You should consider a standardized test for patient treatment.... Just because my hair is long and I have a long beard, doesn't make me a second class citizen (I grow my hair out to donate but the whispers of "what's it look like he's on still spread around". Out a new hospital there or remove Bronson all together

Got in quickly but when the doctor came in, he asked what the problem was, I responded, "can I give you a quick back story?" He responded with, " you can try, but I have a short attention span."
Came back said my blood work, said I was fine, gave me pain reliever (nothing strong, which was good), no other test, told me to call my primary. After pain reliever wore off headed to Bronson with a fever and almost screaming pain... yeah kidney infection with stones.
I was asked if I had any questions before I was released but why would I ask anything. I already felt like I was being dramatic. You are the reason people don'tgo to the hospital in time. One nurse was great, thank you to her for not making me feel like a complete idiot. Embarrassing for all in that hospital.

Took 3 year old Grandbaby to hospital to be seen for falling on ice seen Dr. Wilkins she was very unprofessional and rude Her words were she could not imagine he was in that much pain She definitelyneeds to retire . Told us we could go then left notes in mychart saying we just left she was rude from the moment she walked in the door because he didn't want to listen to her.

I came to the ER today needing stitches and from the minute I walked in the door I was treated with kindness and compassion. They went the extra mile to make sure I would heal properly as well. Thank you!!

Wife having chest pain and shortness of breath. Was told only physician on this morning. Waited 30 minutes walked out and went downtown. Will not return to this location. Always bad experience

I went to Bronson LakeView on August 2nd 2024. What a wonderful experience. The doctors were great. Ordered every test I needed. The nurses were great. Such a friendly atmosphere. I got right in immediately and a doctor seen me within minutes then ordered every test that pertained to my problem. I can’t stress enough how good the whole staff was. I so appreciate everyone and everything. They have improved so much at this facility. Thank you all for everything you did for me.

After going to Woodbridge in Portage and getting sent home with nothing and told to tough it out and a night of coughing and breathing issues, I went to Lakeview ER in Paw Paw. Everyone was respectful, kind and thorough. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and given a breathing treatment, chest X-ray for confirmation and a treatment plan.
We need this facility and the amazing staff in our community. I thank you all so very much for my excellent care.

ER experience was fine. They addressed my issues and I was sent home. I thought I was having a cardiac event. They will transfer you to another facility so keep this in mind because they aren’t able to handle a true cardiac event. The billing situation is absolutely awful. They hound you and threaten you with collections. And they aren’t willing to work with you on payments.
