First, let me start by saying that I really do appreciate these people the way that they took their time out to help me and they did not let me leave without giving me some kind of answer! I went to another location early this morning and they were black women and they were no help They had me running around and I left with nothing but Brock they did the damn thing and I just want to say thank God for people like them! 🫶🏽❤️

Definitely will not ask for help from this place. I called to try and have a conversation about services one thing that was rude from the representative was her responses to certain questions. She asked did I have a income I said no I’m not working she asked how have I been paying my utilities I told her I cleared out my savings but I am looking for another job. And for the last 30 days I have tried and been trying to get on payment plans. She said I need to get a letter from someone stating they have been helping me. How could I do that when no one has helped me and I clearly just said I used my savings because I do not have a job currently. Overall everyone does not understand when you have hard times you can’t bring everything to the table.

I would recommend coming here for your assistance. There was only two people working when I went, the 2 members were very Helpful to help, me out. Most Organizations or staff don't seem to won't to be at work or be helpful and will help you with some sort of attitude,,,, but not here at Brock Social Services. I felt better when leaving and more educated, thanks BSS
