We reserved the building for a high school graduation party. Ada, who handles the bookings, was great to work with.

We had about 70-75 people and did a pot luck. It worked really well with serving food in the kitchen but we pretty much maxed out the downstairs space. If you have as many people as we did you’ll definitely want to all love each other. Keep in mind though this was for a graduation so we had tables out for more than seating. We had one for a large cake and pies, one for decorations, one for beverages, and one for gifts. They had plenty of tables to use and we used every single one.

The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. There are some pantry items you can’t use but that was clearly explained and no big deal. There were plenty of outlets for crock pots.

It was a great space for us and the price is right.

This lovely community was recently renovated and is now ADA accessable. It hosts many great community events each week. Like the Love Lost Diaries, directed by Julie Holland, which will be performed on May 3-5, 2024.

I rented the grange for my daughter's baby shower and it was great. It was so easy to get information on what is needed to rent the space. Meeting with Ada was great. She gave me the tour and showed me where everything was and what could and couldn't be used.

Having the Broad Brook Community Center available for gatherings is wonderful. We used it for our Town Democratic Committee meeting last week. It was light and spacious and perfectly central location. Thanks for the use of it.
