Today was my first experience with BritVil pantry. Wow! What a blessing. We were so stressed out this year with affording anything and they really made our day. Thank you kindly and God bless you all. Your generosity is beautiful.

I have been to a few food pantries and so far this has been the best place. You get a ton of food, a good variety of meat, veggies, fruits breads... The people who work there are great. A months worth for real.

Very friendly people. They always give me way more than I can eat in a month. The only issue I had was on their intake form, they asked about any dietary restrictions. I put on the form I eat kosher (no pork or shellfish). Yet a lot of the food I get I still get pork and shellfish. Beggars can't be choosers, and I am thankful for the things I get that I can eat. The things I can't eat I pass on to my neighbors. They're thankful for the help too. I'm on SSDI and every bit helps keeping my grocery bill low.

My family was so blessed by these ladies today!! We received so much amazing food and our batch came with a hand written note and flowers. It really helps you remember that there’s good people out there working to help others. We really needed and appreciate this more than they know.

the pantry itself is amazing, most of the staff members are so kind and understanding, and they give LOTS of food. however, the lady who brought our cart out today was really mean, and when i told her "thank you so much, i hope you guys have a wonderful day" she just yelled at me for not bringing the cart back inside (the time before this one, i had been instructed to leave the cart where it was). she also called me "little girl" in a seemingly derogatory way. i just think that when someone is vulnerable and asking for help with the most basic necessity, it helps to treat them like human beings and not walking inconveniences. i came to the food pantry for help, not to be degraded and humiliated.

I live across the street from this place and have never been satisfied but now I'm plain disgusted. I was told today I am banned from ever being able to get food from them because the last time several months back they tried to force me to take home TWO bags of rotten oranges and I refused. Over half of BOTH bags of oranges were molded and rotten..I even took a picture but don't know how to post it...I was not about to bring that home. They never should've served them out to anyone. And now I am not allowed to get food there at all and they refuse to listen to my side, right after I spoke to the director about how i am being refused food over a mistake they made and hoping she would understand the unusual situation and just let it be a misunderstanding and both parties do better going forward but she accused me of lying about the oranges....which is about the dumbest thing I've heard a month...of all the lies I could've gone with if that was what I was doing they actually claim I am making up rotten oranges smh. But that's what they are going with, and don't have any problems at all letting me starve because they refuse to consider any fault being theirs and will not forgive me for not taking home rotten oranges and are keeping me banned for life refusing me the basic human necessity of eating.
