Shocking behaviour by who I assume was the manager today. Standing with an armful of books and pushed out of the way by this woman on her way to process a refund. Fortunately she pushed me and not my mother with a walking stick and neck injury. Needless to say the books were left and no acknowledgment when advised it was due to her incredibly rude manner.

The Manager and staff are brilliant and extremely helpful. They are superb in their customer interactions and a credit to this very important charity raising funds for more, much needed, research funding. Well done and se you again soon with more donations.

Crazy expensive for a charity shop & the man on the till is rude. As a single parent of 2 It would be more affordable for me to shop in new look or Asda than here. Which really defeats the object of 2nd hand.

Very disappointed to have my donation turned away at the door today - woman 'over-run', apparently I should have called in advance to arrange a time to leave just 3 bags of clothes! Not my usual experience of donating, with tax gift aid, to BHF.
