Tour was great. Erin was excelling showing the facility and answering my questions. Overall impressed by the bright and clean common spaces, warm and friendly atmosphere, and the spacious apartments. The views of the marsh really make this place seem like a retreat.

I have been looking for a 55+ independent living apartment for my mom. Brenwood Park checked ALL the boxes! While touring the building I was fortunate to meet a few residents who seemed happy to be there on their way to or from an activity. Brenwood does not disappoint in the number of available activities for residents either. It was a positive experience and working with Erin and Erika has been great. They are very helpful and have been able to answer any question regarding my mom’s potential move to Brenwood.

Been just over a year and so far enjoy Brenwood. There are wonderful friendly people living here. It is dog friendly and so far my Westie loves it here as well. The apartments are large and each come with heat, blinds, kitchen appliances, and fairly large bathrooms, along with porches or a patio. Plenty to do with many activities. This was a great find for me and my dog.

Brenwood Park is in a wonderful location. Convenient to Walgreens, Target, Pick and Save, Aurora Health Clinic, and right next door to Franklin Post Office with Franklin Police Station. Franklin is a great city to live in, I lived here in my own home for 30 years. Brenwood Park is also a wonderful place to live. I have many good reasons for liking it here with the number one reason being the residents. Everyone is so nice and friendly here. Lots of activities and get togethers. I have lived here for three years now with my cat Charlie and love being here. I would recommend it as a fine Senior Living Apartment to anyone.

Brenwood is a good place to live. We are fortunate to have residents that are mostly compatible people. And friendships are had if you wish to socialize. We have many things to occupy our time, Exercise, games and can order take-out from Kerry's kitchen. Catering dining is had twice a month. I like it here!

Brenwood is a wonderful senior community. Craig was extremely helpful throughout the whole move-in process. My parents felt right at home immediately. I would recommend for anyone looking for affordable senior living!

The first time I walked through the doors I knew thi was HOME! Everyone was so friendly. The apartment itself was great. There are many activities to keep us active, bowling, baseball darts, art activities, are some of the activities! There is Sunday mass services and Protestant services. I love living here and you will too!!
