I’ve been talking to them for almost 2 months and never received help. No one ever calls back and I feel like I’m a bother when trying to get assistance. They say “Oh we will help you” but never does and I’m honestly very depressed and stressed from even trying to use them.

Blown away by the graciousness of these caring and wonderful individuals . Everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable of every aspect that goes on at Brentwood Church. William Sylvester was the person I came to see that day. You know how when you are talking to someone and you know that they are truly invested in the conversation? That was the experience I had . The people at Brentwood are examples of what all communities and organizations should strive to be .

I need to change my skin color and change my name so I can get help from this organization. I would like to know what skin color this organization would like. They waste your time filling out an application and never receiving a response. They call me for a negative response

FYI for the rent help , they go based on medical dx’s and severe depression/anxiety is not important, nor a dx’s to them. I have a complete medical team helping me but like the lady that answered the phone said “cheer up”. Right smh!

I want everyone to know what the Brentwood community foundation is really all about. I was rejected by the Approval Board because they judged me as a drug dealer, thief, drug addict and a degenerate. In the bible it says judge not lest ye be judged and thats what they have done to me. i am a Catholic human being that God put on this planet and they have treated me like garbage. They are not here to help anyone as they say but to waste electricity by running the A/C in an empty house because of there strict approval requirements that are keeping anyone from living there because they judge everyone by the previous thieves and drug addicts they approved before me. i spent 2 months of my time and gas to get them everything they wanted from me to meet the rediculous requirements to just get a home and was rejected on July 29th by the impeccable bunch of hypocrites at Brentwood Community Foundation. So keep your precious little empty houses and live your disgusting lives without this catholic drug dealing thief because i am better off not getting your so called help that you all say you are so willing to give. i hope god reigns his judgement down on all of you.
