Brad's has so many it's hard to rate them less than all you are great and I have only had one good extra after another

Went to Brad in Pocahontas today to see if I could get help getting my electric turned back on. The woman I spoke to was very rude. She acted as if I were asking her for money out of her pocket. Said she doubted that they could help but it would take at least a couple of days for her to run it past her boss.. it was embarrassing to say the least.

Single place available for so many and they are really doing so much with what they work with and how many ways they try to be available for the demographic and the more challenging type situations rural communities are used to and such a workload they handle with a really focused group of people really good at impactful funding here bring
