I would highly recommend West Valley Boys and Girls Club to any working parent. They have extended hours for those who work later and they open early. I feel confident knowing my son is exposed to numerous activities including art , sports and other social activities. My son has participated in Spring, Summer and Winter Camp and he has enjoyed every minute! Thank you to the coaches who do such a wonderful job! I happily give them a five star rating!

My boys love the boys and girls club. They came here last summer and winter. This place has great structured programs and all the staff is great! Looking forward to sending my kids here for spring break and summer again!

My children have been members of the boys and girls club for several years now and it has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. This club offers lots of great educational programs, the staff is always super friendly and helpful and I get peace of mind knowing my children are taken care of.

My children come home with tears in their eyes each day, please do not send your children here!
The office woman is extremely confrontational, she has yelled at me several times, and even put hands on my son, pushing him back when he tried to enter (he is only 6 years old and didn’t know he had to have his temp taken, he was only following his sister inside). When I called to discuss this, I had to leave a message and was never returned with a call, or anything!
My children tell me every day that they aren’t allowed to play, they get yelled at and shamed for doing anything besides being in a seat, for HOURS. My daughter asks for help on school work and is brushed off, while the care taker yells at the class. If I wasn’t FORCED to work and had anywhere else to send my children, I would!

Great program! Super affordable, they provide transportation from school to the facility. Staff is amazing always so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend it to everyone, looking for an after school program for their kids!

I witnessed a 'latina' employee talking very rudely to a group of kids. The manager of the facility (Ruben) was present as it was happening and did not step in or look bothered by it. I highly suggest that he train his unprofessional, rude, mean, and low class staff member about how to properly interact with children. Please hire more evolved people to work with the children.
