Went to a baseball game for my nephew. Didn’t accept cards so I had to go to atm to get cash for $10 a person. Then the game was over by the time we got back due to mercy rule and they wouldn’t give us our $20 back because we “walked in” already

I can't get in touch with anybody over phone been calling for over a week. I come to the site because it's says it open and the doors are locked. I sent a message to them on their fb page, we'll see if I get a response.
