My sister and I recently visited hoping to find a safe, nurturing residence for my father. Challyn Gross conducted our tour and we appreciated her hospitality,
empathy, knowledge and respect of different cultures, and expertise in helping seniors live a fulfilling life.
The residents I saw looked happy, cared for, and I saw staff treating them all with dignity and respect. We were able to have lunch in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The proportions were sensible too and spaghetti, salad ingredients and other dishes were cut up in small bites easy to eat, The rooms were airy and bright. We saw some were getting remodeled. I liked their having a little kitchenette in each apartment for convenience. The common rooms were neat and had a pleasant clean scent. The location is also very convenient and a quick walk to other stores and restaurants.

My friend, suffering from Parkinson's and dementia, has been living in this place for over a year. The food is awful, his room is extremely dirty with no air and sticky floor. His pillow and memory cushions are all soiled with thesis and Urine, and his laundry is in a big pile on the corner of the room. I have called several people and left a message and sent them emails, but absolutely no reply or decency from their management to follow up and see what is wrong. I have filed a report with the county and filing more complaints for elder abuse in this place. Don’t leave your loved ones here because living conditions are horrible

I cherish this house as much as I cherish mine. The employees are spotless! I felt really moved to tour this senior living facility. All of the residents are happy and full of energy. They enjoy waving me off when they see me. I want Ms. Jones to know that she has a particular place in my heart she is the sweetest!!!!

My name is Luke, and I work very closely with Pacifica Senior Living. So let me be the one to tell you how wonderful the staff and facility here are. The staff is so loving and caring. Whatever your need is they are there for you. Director or sales, Adriana Alcaraz will warmly welcome you, and has always been honest and informative. The facility is very tightly run and clean. Residents are always out and about having fun with activities and interaction with staff. Cannot say enough how nice the staff and facility are. Highly recommend, Pacifica Senior Living.

Great living condition, wonderful staff, and very professional. The staff are always on top of keeping things neat and tidy. It’s not often that you find somewhere where the staff are nice, efficient, and helpful at all time. Everyone I see always has a smile on their face and are ready to jump in and help at any moment. I love loving at atria bonita and would recommend it to anyone. The people are every inviting and have become my family, that I can turn to, especially now when we can’t be with our families.

My experience living at Atria Bonita has been nothing short of sensational. It has a very relaxing and warm atmosphere, and is kept very clean which is very important to me. The management and staff are very friendly and make you feel like family. The caregivers are very skilled in their craft, there are no task large or small to help the residents. I was hired to do flooring installations on several units from Pacifica Senior Living Encinitas. Job was completed; but payment has not been received. Their management, Melissa(site Director), Miriam Palos (Manager), and Jesus Diaz (Director of Maintenance) have been ignoring my emails and calls about the outstanding invoices since March 2022.
I’m in disbelief in their negligence towards their vendors. I am hopeful that their boss has returned from his trip from London to remit payment (This has been one of their many excuses for not making the payment). To finalize, it is my sincere hope for Pacifica Senior Living Encinitas to make some revisions to their commitment and core values to include all their vendors to be treated with full transparency, respect, and honesty.

Away from home I found a place where everyone is hardworking and compassionate. I have recommended this place to some friends and they are happy here too. The Directors are always accessible and willing to help out. The Chef and his staff is GREAT. Atria Bonita is good place to be.
