This is an on going project for our Veteran's and is located in the old Sleep Mart location at 417 East 9th St., Just before the stop light. It is hoped to be open soon as volunteers have been working vigilantly in doing the remodel needed to prepare the living rooms, office space and other areas that will be used to help those veteran's seeking a place to sleep, as well as receiving a meal and other creature comfort support not found elsewhere or available to them. An Army/Navy store will also open adjacent to the Veterans center to help generate revenue and possibly work for those Veterans that use the facilities as they receive the assistance needed or require to get back on their feet.
