I am so grateful for the incredible transformation at what is now Blue Jay Springs & Memory Care. Prior to the ownership change, I was honestly considering moving my father out, but after meeting the new leadership team, I knew immediately this was the right place for him. The improvements they’ve made are nothing short of impressive. They’ve carefully addressed the areas that needed attention, and it’s clear they are committed to providing the best care possible.

What stands out most to me is their genuine willingness to listen to my concerns. Every time I’ve brought something up, they’ve taken swift action to make changes, which has been incredibly reassuring. I no longer worry about my father’s well-being because I know he is in compassionate, capable hands. Blue Jay Springs & Memory Care is truly a place that feels like a home, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the positive changes that have been made. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for peace of mind and excellent care for their loved ones.

This place is awful. We regret sending my dad here every single day. The place is dirty and never seems to get cleaned on a regular basis. My dad would be in the same clothes for sometimes 3-4 days straight. He would have an accident and he would be sitting in that for God knows how long. He has gotten out of the facility three times with one of them saying that he “jumped the fence.” This staff would say anything to save themselves from a lawsuit. We have witnessed residents arguing with each other and zero staff around to help calm them down. It is constantly a racket over there and I feel bad for these sweet residents that have to be here. I never felt safe with my dad here and I am so glad we got him out of there so quickly. It was the longest 2 months of our whole family’s lives. Please, if you’re thinking of sending your loved one here, don’t.

Just want to leave a heart warming review for the splendid facility. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the loving and thoughtful staff such beautiful people. They are very caring and attentive to the residents that's rely on them. Thank you for doing what you do.💗

I recently toured as I come from a sister facility. The facility is super clean, residents were happy and staff were super friendly. I got to experience the singing club as I was there and thought what a great activity for the residents!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is absolutley terrible. Please, do not send your loved ones here. My dad was there for only 2 months and he got out of the facility TWICE! The first time he was seen out in the front wandering around. This place is by a busy street where he could have gotten hit by a car. Then, the second time was late at night and someone from the apartments behind called the police to bring him back. How does someone with dementia and alzheimers get out of a place where they should be taking care of you? This is very disturbing and truly haunts me everyday. On top of this, he would frequently have the same clothes on for consecutive days in a row. They would say, "He doesn't let us help him." Aren't you supposedd to know what to do in a situation like this if you work here? Every day, there was a new situation or dilemma to fix. This is a hard thing to deal with as a family already, but then to have to be worried about the well being and safety of our dad every day is unacceptable. Please, do not send your loved ones here.

New ownership and name change recently. Very excited to see the positive changes happening. The residents seem very happy and taken care of and the staff are very compassionate and welcoming!

My grandmother lived here for some time. When planning my sister in laws bridal shower we wanted grandma to be able to participate, but she couldn't travel well. We contacted Marla Vista and without hesitation they offered to let us use their activities area for our event. It was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special. And Grandma had so much fun and was so proud to show off her family.
My partner's father is now at Marla Vista and still the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make the residents feel at home.
