She has a kind and genuinely caring heart toward my mom. What a blessing to know that my mom is being cared for, particularly since we do not live locally.

My parents both of whom are in the 90s moved to Benedictine Villa on October 1st of last year. They had lived independently before, so there was a period of adjustment. That period of adjustment was made much easier by the professionalism, kindness and caring of the excellent staff of the facility. They show real affection and concern for those living there. As an example, my 93 year old father has troubles with his dentures that limit his ability to chew. Because of his age and existing medical conditions a surgical solution is not possible. The lead cook has taken time to prepare his food in a way that makes it possible to ingest everything, which was not possible in the past. As a result, he has gained nearly 10 pounds since moving to the Villa. There was and is concern for his body weight, which the special care given has addressed. The facility is updated, clean and well maintained. And, I should say something about the other residents and the value they add in the sense that they are friendly, interesting and involved. Taken all together the staff, the facility and the population make the facility a caring, interesting and involved community. I wholeheartedly recommend Benedictine Villa and the services they provide.

Excellent communication with Lori (sales) and Tracey (nurse) when we were looking for a different facility for my mom. The Benedictine Villas complex is very nice, warm & welcoming environment. The front desk person (rec director) was quick to welcome us and introduce herself when we arrived for tour.

The first thing that caught my attention when I walked into the BLC La Crosse facility was the cleanliness and fresh smell of the skilled nursing facility. I then noticed the staff were hospitable and provided compassionate care to all the residents. It was a happy joyful environment where people enjoyed living and working. That was two years ago, September of 2022, and I have found those first impressions to be true, and further found the passion and dedication of the staff to be authentic. It is Midwest Hospitality on display every day. I am proud to be part of the amazing Benedictine Living Community where people are loved and encouraged to be there best selves.

My mother has been living in the assisted living facility for the last 7 years. It's a beautiful place. It's small enough so the residents really know each other and they form there own community. The staff is excellent, very attentive and friendly.

I love how the staff treat the residents like they are their loved ones. Very positive employees. A very clean care center. Very active social experiences with daily activities and special outings. If a resident needs something, they or their family just has to ask. If my parents were still alive and needed this type of care, this is where I would feel comfortable with them living.

We moved mom into Benedictine village after she broke her hip and couldn't return to her home. Numerous people I trusted referred us that had already had loved ones that lived there. Mom was scared but the staff at Benedictine made it so nice for her. Her apartment is so nice, facility is so beautiful, clean & well maintained. Staff has been wonderful caring for mom and making her feel at home. We are relieved & grateful! I would definitely recommend Benedictine to someone.
