I would like to make a complaint against the black female working at the security gate, she refused to give me her name!! She is VERY RUDE and unprofessional! I wouldn’t be surprised if this wasn’t her first complaint. Please re train or replace her! She is unnecessarily rude especially for working in a high end environment she definitely needs training on customer service.
