This place would be great if they had employees who actually care about their job and their patient.. don't get me wrong they employees who take real good care of their patients..my mom lives here thank God my mom has the good nurses

If I could give this review zero stars I would. The facility is severely understaffed. Thank goodness we have family with her as many hours as possible. We have had to tell them several times how to clean a feeding tube properly. There have been errors in medication and we've only been here for 4 days. When a patient is ready to leave be ready for the fight of your life.

The facility itself is a mess. The hvac is nonexistent in some rooms and barely functioning in others. If you are considering putting a family member here be very aware and be sure to tour the facility

I am very upset that this place is ran so unprofessionally. They have one person setting up appointments to visit our love ones. I spoke with Mary Helen yesterday and told me to call Friday to set up the appointment for Tuesday of next week. However she is not in today. Why tell me to call Friday if she is not going to be there and no one else will set it up. Why only have one person!!!!! This is a business!!!! You need to have someone else dealing with family members. I asked if someone else could set it up and Johana told me that they didn’t have access to the list. So, God forbid something happens to Mary Helen WE the family members have to wait. Well, I think this is NOT ok. This is not the way to run a business because it is a business!!!! They could care less about our love ones!

My good friend was in this facility for nearly 3 months. At first the care was good, and she was well taken care of. She now doesn't get needed medicine when appropriate, she asks for ice packs and is ignored. She was physically attacked by her first roommate, who then stalked her to her room. Clothes were stolen from her closet. The quality of the food served to the rooms has gone down and I saw a lunch that looked inedible. That is not going to help people's appetites when they do need to eat to keep up their strength. There recently was a LVN who was ill and came in contact with patients without a mask or gloves.

My mom fell out of bed. She was also given Seraquel a very addictive and narcotic drug that made her so sleepy she barely ate. As a result dhe lost weight, protein level went down, got an infection and almost died.

The place is clean, staff so so,not the best but not the worst. Admin? well that's another story,they are so full of corporate BS, they lie straight to your face, I've caught them in lies, so if they lie about admin stuff I can't even begin to imagine about what else they are ccolylying
