Be A Mentor is a generous organization that does what it says. I was paired with a youth & have had the great opportunity to mentor someone who clearly appreciates my time & effort & we work together to help him think ahead like an adult & get some additional advantages in life that he wouldn't be exposed to otherwise. Additionally, for those times when I am faced with new & unfamiliar challenges, I have a supervisor-type person to help me think things through & choose the right option to further help the kid. Faith is inspiringly supportive & she makes all of this effort very clear that we are here to help the kids be a better version of themselves.

absolute worst! They are so bad at responding and can't answer their phones. I was having issues with my account and they kept telling me to contact another organization but they weren't able to do anything. I had to figure it out on my own. I wasn't in the organizations system therefore couldn't move forward with the process for my job. I needed assistance and these people sucked. They responded days later with the same exact response that I already knew. I tried it their way and it didn't work. I TOLD THEM IT DIDN'T WORK AND THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN. NO ONE HELPED. Improve your service. So frustrating.

Very irresponsible service, not clearly instructed on their forms…I have my finger prints three months ago…my travel is next month…their showed my status incomplete and yet said that no action needed….no body followed up from their end…my wife and I both were finger printed at the same time…she got everything cleared….on my follow up, they first said my forms were not received…and then next day they said we found it but it was not properly ticked off by the police so I have to do it again….very dormant and lazy people working there I must say…they will not share all what is needed until you have suffered through the process and learn on your own…will not recommend them to any organization.
