The facility requires improvement, particularly with regard to upgrading the courts to synthetic turf, as many are currently just painted surfaces. Additionally, on a few occasions, the staff's behavior toward my friends has not been very welcoming. I hope this is addressed, and a more pleasant experience is ensured for visitors in the future.

Coach Arif is one of the best badminton coaches I have had. He really focuses on the details of your form and helps me pinpoint the issues of my smash being due to my wrist moving a little more. After correcting that, my smash improves a lot.

If you want someone that can actually correct your form based on your specific situation (not just someone that feeds shuttle), coach Arif is the one to go to.

This front desk employee named Josh was really helpful and kind when I first popped my racket string. I didn’t know what to do but he kindly and patiently explained everything about strings and helped me choose my strings.

I went on a Monday morning, which only had kids there (likely a class or summer camp). The place is spacious, and it's a decent deal for $15 per person. The place filled up with regulars after 1hr of playing, so my friend and I left shortly after because it got really loud and we can smell other people sweat even though we were not sharing a court with anyone.

The floor was nice and had some give on certain courts, and some are in a rougher state. Still perfectly good for playing leaisurely. The regulars I saw are mostly retirees, and they would sign up for courts (done via a computer sign in station) in a way to monopolize multiple courts (only out 1 name on a court at a time, hog the sign in station, etc). So be careful of that.

There are bathrooms, and water fountains right outside of them for refills. Parking was relatively easy. Bottom line, I would come back again. Though it was frustrating to see certain regulars hog courts/sign in stations, it is bypassable by visiting at a different time than they do.

Too outdated. Rips and bumps everywhere on the court floor. Lights too bright. Very noisy.

Less people come here so if you have assembled enough people to take over a whole court you can enjoy nonstop for a while. Court arrangement is also better so you won't get extremely different depth perception and lighting conditions when switching sides (huge problem for the neighboring gym). Floor is no longer slippery like the good old days.

It is the best place for yearly pass. Bay badminton center offers you unlimited time and you can even go twice if you pay for 10 days or more at once. You can get huge discounts for one month,year pass. It has a good parking place. It even has some good coaches. You can go to bay badminton center for quick visits.

My son has been training at bay badminton Milpitas for about six months now. Coaches are very friendly and encouraging. The program has helped my son to become mentally stronger. Appreciate the training and totally worth the value!

Good place to play badminton. Smaller arena than most . With 13 courts and trainings on, sometimes it’s a challenge to get courts but otherwise ok
