I called while I was having a panic attack. I was crying while inquiring if there was any space for tomorrow 01/04/2025 for my 3yo daughter. I was quickly denied, no availability. I said “aww, okay” the operator said “sorry” and the call ended there.

Update: Called again, 01/15/2025 10:34am to ask for availability. The operator answered confused saying “availability for?” I answer for a 3yo and I was told they were over capacity and the operator wasn’t going to elaborate when there would be space until I asked when, she said hold on. I just ended the call instead because I felt so stupid.

My baby boy is now 13 years old. But when he was a baby till he was a toddler he LOVED this place! Staff was ALWAYS so helpful and nice. My son STILL remembers this place and the staff with fond memories. I highly recommend this place if you need some needed rest, baby sitter fell through, ect. And it's SAFE, SAFE.

I utilized this amazing service for the first time the other day. They Gave me a much needed break. My kiddo had so much fun, that she didn't want to leave her new friends. Sweet people work there. So glad I tried this. An absolute God send.

This place prevents more child abuse than anyone could ever imagine. It is truly incredible. I am the sole parent of a 2.5 year old little boy and I have no living family to help me. After I was in an accident and was too injured to take care of my son, I had no choice but to do the right thing and bring him here. This place is so warm and loving. It looks more like a home than anything and the children sleep in bedrooms where they're warm and feel loved and the staff knows exactly what each individual child needs to comfort them. I have been taking my son here every month for about a year and a half for a 48 hour stress break. Like clockwork. He has come to expect it and gets super excited to go to "the nursery". I don't know what I'd do without this place. Every single city should have a place like this. If you have any fear in taking your child here, don't. I did at first, but in their 30 years of operation they've only ever had to turn a child over to CPS twice. Just 2 times in 30 years because of abandonment. They are here to help you, and you will get your child back. They are here to help. If you have ever considered donating to this place, I cannot think of a better cause to donate your money to than this place. They have had and continue to have a tremendous impact on me and my son's life.

If you dont have family to lean on during a real crisis they are like family. They will care for your child. Overnight or for a period of time.
