I had a very unpleasant experience with Nathan in the kids' book area at Barnes & Noble. When my children and I arrived, there were already books and toys scattered on the floor. Instead of being helpful, NATHAN, the worker there, rudely asked me to clean up the mess, as if it was our responsibility. His attitude was extremely unprofessional, and it's disappointing to see such behavior in a place that's supposed to be welcoming to families. If Barnes & Noble doesn't address this kind of rudeness, they might start losing customers who simply want to enjoy their time and purchase books in the store without being disrespected.

On Sunday, July 28th, Barnes and Nobles Dynamic Duo, Charity and Kamaryn hosted a book signing for me. My name is R.E. Livingston and am the author of Nikolai Drew "The Blue Recruit"! Charity and Kamaryn made this such a wonderful experience. I had the blessing of meeting so many wonderful people and sold many books as a result of this promotion. Standard Barnes & Noble, staff are helpful, which is the exception for Barnes and Noble in my experience. Wide variety of books. Plenty of parking, easy enough to walk to. Parking, entrance, aisles, country and restrooms are accessible.
Decent place to look at books with someone special.
