If I can rate 0 stars I could, I go there to drop of the two puppies I found on the street, the lady there says no because they have no rooms for them, then she says the other lady in charge but she’s not here. It’s not convenient if the stores says Pets rescue should be able to rescue pets no matter what, but can’t take pets in when they’re need help? By the way is says pets rescue but the store it’s a clothing shops.

I love BARC! I have to say they are amazing and we rescued a wonderful puppy from them. 2mths ago we went to just get dog food at pet smart and ended up bringing home Cammo with us as a friend for our other dog Sammie. They were so informative and they were very communicative with me by reminding me when her last booster shot was due ( which they provided) and also a reminder when her spay appt that was already scheduled was. They even contacted me 2 months later just to see how she was doing with us. We are so happy with our new little girl and her bug sister loves her so much and she loves her big sister. It was a match made in heaven. Thank you BARC for being wonderful! I'd highly recommend rescuing a wonderful animal from them that needs a loving forever home!

These are the friendliest and most caring people! I found a kitten on the freeway on ramp and couldn’t take it home because I have Rottweiler, and these two young ladies done me the huge favor of taking him in. Thank you so much.

Our dog had been given up for adoption in Feb 2020 as a 2 mth old and we adopted her in September. We are not crazy animal lovers generally, but were looking for a pet. I was very reticent to take a rescue dog at all, for fear it was unwanted for a reason, might have been mistreated and if so, would never recover, but my wife (as always) had the good sense to ignore me. When we arrived at Barc in Banning, CA to collect her, she was extremely timid, but Carol assured us that she was in fact very outgoing and friendly, but if we changed our minds for any reason we could return her. Our dog (Roo) settled in within a few days, was pretty-much house trained after 4 months. She is just the most adorable and intelligent pet we've had and feel so lucky that we found her.
