Angie on the referral line is so rude. I called the mainline to get assistance and before I’m done asking a question she’s cutting me off. How is she put on a phone line to assist callers with an aggressive tone and no will to be helpful! It’s sad to see and experience centers with people who get funded to help the community in need and yet make it so difficult and stressful to get the help needed.

I’ve NEVER had anyone answer the phone. They don’t answer voicemail. I was told via email to register for two classes on their website. The next morning I got an email person from the same person saying classes were canceled. I just paid almost $200 as directed. What is going on?!

I’ve had friends and family tell me good things about bananas but turn around to get disappointed. It is so sad 😞 i was very upset because I really needed help from bananas as I were told that bananas were helpful but not I’m a single parent and it’s very hard doing it alone I were in need for daycare and other services. I’ve been calling sending out emails leaving voicemails and everything for few months. No one and I mean no one no one never got back to me nothing at all just so wrong

Wonderful and educational virtual classes, with different topics and themes that not only bring children together , but also enriches them with knowledge .Mrs. Mayra is a wonderful and compassionate teacher .On Wednesdays Mrs.Stephanie’s music and movement classes are absolutely fun and a great way to start off the day with positive tunes and good vibes . This organization is run by professionals who have a good understanding of child development and are kind ,fun, and creative people with a passion for teaching and bringing the community together .

Ok. When i was homeless.... i had no day care. I was working full time and had to let go of my job. They placed me on respuit(might be spelled wrong) and i never was tooken off the waiting list. I had to quit my job due to know care at all. The only thing i do is go to get free clothes. They were stingy with diapers and it became hard to buy it for my son. I hated that they finally accepted me off the list when i get home out side of oakland. It was like an waste of time for me. When i needed you you were not there. I come only for the clothes. And books.

Attended an online event where I promised items/products in return, of course these were false promises. It's almost like they're taking advantage of people they know are in a vulnerable position. I emailed twice, to no response.

Ever since they became remote you can’t get in contact with NO ONE! They tell you to call the front desk number but no one ever answers. Been trying to get time sheets for almost three weeks and still can’t. I’m highly disappointed in Bananas.
