Avid PETtrac is worth the investment. I was alerted to my dog being missing from my parents home and I was terrified and while calling Avid PETtrac to inform them, Renee Dunlap with the company was calling me before I had a chance to fully speaking with the agent I was on the line with. She was calm and reassuring which was exactly what I needed because I was so scared and nervous of more freighting news. Thanks for your service and I am glad we got the micro chip and our dog is okay.

I recently discovered my 12-y-o dog's plastic Avid ID tag on the floor of my home, as the plastic at the top of the tag had split, causing it to slip from her collar. I dreaded calling Avid, as some of my contact info needed to be updated, and I was sure the combination of updating and acquiring a replacement tag would be a hassle. Nothing could've been farther from the truth! My call was routed to customer service representative Annette Lupardo, who was beyond helpful! Annette helped me update my contact info and order a replacement tag-- and the whole process was completely hassle-free! I love the peace of mind that the Avid ID system provides for pet parents. Upon hearing of a major pet microchip company going out of business, I contacted AVID To check on my pug's microchip information. I hadn't contacted them since 2013 because I erroneously thought my AKC tracking updates were enough I wound up talking with Renee Dunlap, who was immediately helpful. Renee found my record in a few seconds and confirmed that my contact information was years out of date. Renee explained two ways to update my information. I used her second method of going through the Internet and it worked fine, Renee was fast, very helpful, and accurate, and now my pet has updated contact information. Thank you Renee

Have had an Avid chip in our dog for 10 years. I have only had to call them to advise of change of address but every time the interaction has been 5 Stats. The agent has always been friendly, professional, easy to communicate with and importantly protective, of sensitive information. I want to give a special shout out to Annette Lupardo who was the last Avid agent I spoke with a few days ago. I highly recommend Avid for peace of mind if your pet gets separated from you and their customer service is 5 Stars.

2 of my dogs have Avid pet tracking and the website is easy to use and I recently had one of my rescue dog's chip transferred from the rescue as primary to me. The rescue was moved to secondary. The process was very easy through their customer service.
