Always love coming to this location with family! Seasonal items are always a hit and the prices are very fair compared to other thrift stores. Love the recent addition of providing checkout baskets…you’re going to need one to carry your treasures.

Also, we are always appreciative of the sweet customer service and local O'side atmosphere. My grandmother passed away years ago and each time I come here the staff remind me of her. 🤍

I had a mixed experience on both my visits there, and I’m not sure if I’ll be back. The ladies at the register the first and second time I came in, I give them a five star. However, the manager working at the time of my first visit, I give her a one star; as she was quite rude and abrupt. During my first visit to the store, their electronic payment on the register wasn’t working, so it was cash only. They should have a big sign up or warn you when you enter, instead of you finding all your items then having to put them back - cause they refused to hold, take a manual payment/card #, etc.

They don’t have dressing rooms, so I had to try on everything over the top of my clothes in the aisles. I bought quite a bit of stuff, so it was such a hassle; unlike almost all thrift/retail stores I go to where they have a more private area. They have plenty of space to put in dressing rooms, so this would be a nice improvement to make for customers.

On my first visit, a couple of the people working there were pushy, not pleasant, and saying things like: We’re only volunteers and we need to go home; so we’re not gonna wait for you to get cash at the grocery store next store. You’d think to make a sale for their causes, they’d be inclined to be more accommodating for what would’ve only been several minutes. Also, if you don’t like what you’re doing (they seemed put out and not kind), then don’t volunteer. I was worried a ring I really wanted to purchase was going to be sold. I asked them if I could pay them via Venmo, PayPal, etc. They told me I had to come back when they were open again in two days.

So I drove back the next time they were open, which is 25 minutes from my house, and I was so excited to see that the ring was still there. I put it on hold while I continued to shop. During my time shopping, they had a shift change and the people working didn’t communicate with each other or put my name on it, so my ring on hold got sold. After two trips to get this ring, I was greatly disappointed. Also I saw someone walking around with my stuff that was supposed to be on hold and the staff put back. Thankfully someone was nice enough to give me back one of my items. They should have a cart, or place to store things SAFELY while you’re shopping; so it won’t get sold out from underneath you when you’ve taken your time to shop and find things. The staff on the first shift was really lovely, but the staff on the second shift flippantly said “too bad, it was an accident.”

I would’ve rated this place a 5 star, cause they have a good selection, good prices, I love their mission/services to help the community, and most of the volunteer people working are quite pleasant. However, others are very abrupt, pushy, almost frantic, and rude. Also, they didn’t seem to care that their technology error and personnel error cost me time, money and gas. I know the proceeds go to good causes, but I thought they would offer something for my troubles; especially considering I purchased quite a bit. I do professional/personal shopping and decor for the last 25-30 years across multiple states, and I’ve never had something like this happen. I’m taking the time to write this in hopes they make improvements for a better customer experience for others. At the very least, kindness.

overpriced and the the workers were rude. rushed me out the store and said “you need to leave” when I was separating what I was going to keep or leave. mind you the clock had just hit 3 which is when they close but I saw a few others customers inside as well but I was the only one being yelled at!

A small location but the store is kept so clean and pristine, it's so well organized. I found some great things for low prices and will definitely visit again. The staff are so nice and make you feel valued 😊

Went only because I needed a belt urgently, they’re all secured so asked to see/try two. When I picked one the lady too it to the register so “I wouldn’t steal it” as I had to look for my partner in the books section. Then another lady was doing some weird comments that we didn’t engage with. The belt was supposed to be half price but for their attitude I didn’t want to argue and just paid and left.
