Everybody was nice and helpful from the sign in desk to the care staff , I had the opportunity to put faces to some of the staff I've talked to on the phone, all were nice and helpful. This was my first visit to see my brother at this facility and they definitly allowed me the room to feel whatever I was feeling as my brother had changed quite alot. I'm pretty sure he wasn't aware of who I was other than someone being attentive. After I thought about it later his eyesight was pretty bad for up close stuff and I used to get him those cheap cheater glasses, I wonder what he sees , if it's blurred images alone he might not recognize anyone but if clear I wonder, I'm just thinking out loud, I know he is not going to get better, it's just to bad. Your staff has definitely stepped up and I can't thank them enough for handling what has to be a tough job, thank you Jon Thano

I always love visiting Artesia Palms care center. The staff is always friendly and professional. The facilities are very well kept and clean. They are doing a good job taking care of my aunt .
