I think it's rated far better than 3.7, see the thing is that a lot of people that come here they don't exactly know what they're coming for. They know what they want to do in life and they don't know exactly what services are provided here and when they come in here. Sometimes there's a lack of communication, sometimes even a language barrier because a lot of our employees are primarily Spanish speaking but it doesn't stop AJ's from getting the job done. So me personally I would rate it at least four and a half because I've been part of this program for almost 10 years and it has nothing ever provided a great benefits and opportunities for families, especially struggling families

At first I got too excited but then suddenly
I noticed that the other people out there aren’t fair enough to others!! Some of them are nice! Specially when it comes to the food and drinks they’re not treating you right, like they gave you a few bites of food’ but the staff who gave foods they got a mountain plates of food. Just saying base of my experienced!

This nonprofit establishment , is very dependable , especially the YES program they helped set goals , further my education and also helped me find a career job that benefits me until this day . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND people come by and get the support they need.

I witnessed a Black gentleman employee permit a White homeless woman access. Proper with respect to anothers dignity and COVID protocols. this represents a healthy function for SF. I suppose some homeless do not do drugs nor have mental issues due to witnessing.

The tax preparer and assistant are also understated but professional and on pointe so they are all competent Americans and hence five stars for confidance

Not a very organized and professional staff. I appreciate them helping me with my 2020 tax returns but they are terrible at returning your calls. I wanted to amend my taxes but their lack of response makes them very unprofessional. Will definitely not be going back to use their services!

I'm a former employee. I gave my all to this company. Was given more and more duties when I asked for a raise I was fired. Even though I was given a right to sue I for age and wage discrimination. I chose not to. Vengeance is Gods. I guess upwards together don't include blacks. It's funny people still walk up to me and say that bldg. hasn't been the same since theyl fired you. You should've sued because you were the best janitor they ever had or will have. Keep up the good work for your folk cuz y'all can careless about mines. Lois

The only people being helped is the deplorable staff by using your name on their check list. absolute trash nonprofit organization waste of time just as terrible as Larkin Street Youth Center if not for the over whelming population of poverty stricken individuals these facilities would immediately cease to exist
