I've been screwed out of my important necessities and had to go weeks without them so to lousy careless funding low levels of weekly allotment I should be getting $50 instead of $40 every week I've been jipped for months on end now when my payee claims I don't have funds so if you have special needs fulfilled you may be waiting a weeks or even months to receive what you truly need so watch out for the boss of the payees that sits in the office behind the big desk she will try to break you in any way possible trust me she has violated my rights numerous times

I have had wonderful experience with Lynn and Kyle at Shiawassee Arc and let me just say that they are a blessing! They are great advocates for our consumers and they are very easy to contact and always offer help if needed. They helped out when a consumer needed emergency guardianship and they took on a whole slue of issues with that and did it with ease. They also have helped out and offered participation for other clients who were not under their guardianship and helped get them to become members of the ARC so they could join in fun activities at a lower cost. I highly recommend utilizing services provided by Shiawassee ARC. And again Kyle and Lynn are great to work with!

One of their employees (no longer working there) stole money from several disabled induviduals including myself While she was my payee. Once I became my own payee I found out that NOT ALL OF MY MONEY WAS SURRENDERED TO ME. We have unfinished business, Lynn. Because Sara no longer works there I'll have to deal with you instead. Legal troubles are headed your way.

The ARC is one of the most beneficial community services in Shiawassee County. They assist and provide help for those unable to care for themselves, due to mental insufficiency. They not only help with daily care, they also provide fun activities for their clients.

How can you let a worker take a client to a tattoo shop and set for hours and have nothing to do. And they have been told not to take that client there.
