I don’t usually shop in thrift stores but I decided to give it a try today.
Two of your employees were following me around which I found odd but I kept on minding my business 😅
Minutes later they asked me to put my bag away
I told them I was about to pay

I get to the register and your cashier tells me i can’t use my debit card because she doesn’t see my name clearly eventhough she has my driver license in her hands 😅

This store was almost empty by the way

Great store! Never seemed to have an issue besides sometimes items can be crazy expensive for a secondhand store. The cashiers are always sweet and kind and professional. However my most recent encounter was terrible. I had a reusable fabric bag with my wallet in it because I had no pockets. A young women politely asked me to check in my bag bc it was to big. I asked her what the size requirement was as I see other people with bags in the store. She didn’t know the answer bc it’s completely subjective. Then I proceeded to fold my bag down to a very small size. She said “you can’t do that”. I was baffled that I couldn’t fold my reusable bag and keep it on me. I asked for a manager but of course she said she was left in charge. She asked me to leave the store is I wasn’t going to check the bag in. I found this to be very poor behavior in managing skills and customer service. So I stepped out folded my fabric bag and tucked under my shirt. went back into the store and continued shopping. She needs retraining this situation was poorly handled.

BE CAREFUL TRYING ON THE SHOES!!
I LET THE FILIPINA LADY KNOW IN THE FRONT REGISTER THAT I STEPPED ON A SECURITY TAG AND ALL SHE SAID WAS "Okay. Did you not see it?" and she had no empathy or cared to try and help until i asked if she had anything, then proceeded to still give attitude saying i should've checked since the price tag would've been on there, but I pointed out the price tag was on & why would I have to worry about my foot getting impaled when shopping!?!?!

Probably one of the most organized thrift stores I’ve been in. They have a large parking lot out back. The prices were good and they have different colors on sale throughout the week.

One of my all time favorite places to shop, the workers are always so cheerful and helpful, and always appear to be happy to see me. The prices are great, even if something is a bit higher, e eventually it will drop when the color goes 40% off. Just a great thrift store.

A person can easily spend a few hours looking around. Huge selection of items and discounts for different days of the week. Great prices! As most thrift stores, check items thoroughly before purchasing. Walked out with quite a few purchases. Friendly staff and parking available at store location and nearby parking lot.
