Don't trust them! They lie, and get you into trouble. Don't believe me. I just got my funds temporarily suspended. One one their employees reported incorrect info to Social Security on my account. Now they're claiming it wasn't them. Despite all evidence pointing to them. If they mess up they'll take no responsibility, it's all on you.

So way most of the works seem to be very nice ppl this place closes way to early in the day what makes it to hard to work with at times. I also tried to cancel using them like a month or so back which never seemed to go through. And to this day I hate that CVRC made the deal with them with out telling all there clients before hand.

I always take enviroment when it comes to reviews. Customer service has always been polite and patient. I understand they go through some chaos all day at the window and can sometimes be stressful. There are a lot of homeless and alot of them with mental health issues. Never been hassled by them or had them be rude. All in all the staff are good and do what they can

I called multiple time and since the beginning I was being ignored about who I’m trying to get the service for. They did not listen to a word I I was saying until the day they got my application from the irs…..months 3-4 months later while trying to tell them it’s for my son not me! These people have been the worst service and I will never recommend these people to anyone!

At times very poor on customer service. The older woman with the southern-ish accent answering phones there ALWAYS gives me the hardest time and can rarely help me with anything. She actually argues with me for nothing. I pray I don't get her when I call. Also, in the 10 years I have been with ARPS they closed their lobby. So if you don't mind doing business while you are outside, then this place is for you. I try to handle my business on the phone so I don't have to stand outside.

Some old, blond, short haired woman that works there , told she would not cancel payments to the board and care facilitator even if the client personally notified them (ARPS) of intent to vacant the premises...even if the client's safety is jeopardy. They just don't care .She said , "they will continue to pay the board and care until the client presents them with a rental agreement elsewhere, or another board and care accepts the client." They should be reported to SSA and other authorities that protect the disabled who can't defend themselves. ' What makes her think a disabled person could easily come up with a rental agreement/contract , her thinking is off course with reality.' In my honest opinion, the ARPS should hold and protect the client's money until the client needs it because the client will need the money to live while homeless and looking for housing. To conclude, the client's income should not continue to be paid to the previous Board and Care facility , it's not their money to do away with, it's the client's. Stop this abuse. Find another payee service who puts the client's interests above the board and care facilities that housed them... _friend to the client
