Good atmosphere, nice people, fun activities

Lunch was good and they had two choices, Turkey Lasagna and Shrimp and Salmon Lasagna. The seniors were very friendly. They offer several classes, I have already taken a photography class on creating albums for my pics. I attended a line dancing class and definitely plan to return. I'm also interested in their drama class I'll see how this goes. I also attended a Birthdy party, one gentleman was 102 and dancing up a storm.

It's a wonderful senior citizen center for the community of Cambria Heights to have open for the disabled and elderly people to find their friends and neighbors to spend their day with them following different kinds of activities and classes for them to keep them occupied and stay safe and happy with each other. All these types of senior centers should be kept open at all times it's a cure for the people's heart and soul it brings them back to life.

The director of this establishment, Melissa Marcus, is deeply incompetent and has very little regard for the members of the center as well as staff members. She lacks the leadership skills to maintain staff members and constantly promotes a hostile environment by gossiping about staff and senior citizens alike. I would not recommend anyone to enroll their elders in this embarrassment of a senior center.

Such an awesome Center with "many" fun activities for their seniors. A very warm atmosphere and the facility is very clean. The photos are a true example of one of their wonderful events. It was well attended as you can See! You ROCK Alpha Phi Alpha!

My mom has dementia and was attending prior to COVID! Her caregiver raves about the awesome way they treat our seniors. More importantly, they have been calling during COVID often to check in on my mom. What a wonderful, loving, caring facility!! I thank God for them members of ALPHA PHI ALPHA INC!!!

Excessively hot. This was do the repase for my aunt's funeral and the worker acted as if we were bothering him. And he did not turn on the air until we were leaving. Never want to go back!
