Over my 18 years career in the nonprofit/community development sector I’ve worked for my fair share of nonprofits. None can compare to the commitment, compassion, and dedication that ACE has for the people and communities it serves. What I appreciate just as much is the equal and just treatment of all staff and the work / life balance that ACE promotes.
