Working at this job was an incredibly negative experience. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. The way they treated the clients, the children was absolutely unacceptable. Clients are verbally, and mentally abused everyday. Also prepare to be watched there’s cameras in the house and if you make one mistake, they will call the house and be like what are you doing and that was extremely uncomfortable for me. It feels like you’re being watched 24/7 on your shift. I will say the money is good so if you’re looking for a job for like a year that pays $20 and up, I would do it. That’s what I was doing because I was getting my teacher credential while working there. I will say this job was a lot on my mental health because I was going to school full time so I wasn’t really sleeping. And one night I did fall asleep. For months afterward, I was harassed by management. There are cameras in the house and Miss Cheryl would call the house after my shift and tell my coworkers not to let me know she called and asked what I did for my full 8 hour shift. She also lied to my coworkers and told them that she wrote me up seven times when I was written up one time ( when I fell asleep) that I signed off on. I will insert pictures of everything because I believe that if you’re gonna work at this company, you need to know what’s going there. Management consistently verbally abuses staff, creating a hostile work environment. They fail to communicate essential policies and procedures, leaving employees confused and unsupported. Additionally, they show no respect for staff members' school schedules, making it difficult to balance work and education. The verbal aggression from management is constant, contributing to a toxic atmosphere among the staff. Staff would constantly ask if I was asleep, and people would gossip about me.

To make matters worse, I informed my manager about an upcoming trip, which was initially approved. However, when I found out I had an early flight and requested not to work the day before, because I was NOC staff they sarcastically said "Thank you". I assumed it was approved and when I saw it wasn’t approved I decided that I would find one of my other overnight staff to cover my shift and they agreed if I covered a night they couldn’t do. I thought this was okay and without informing me that this wasn’t protocol they decided to harness me in the GroupMe. I was verbally abused and embarrassed in front of the entire staff, which was detrimental to my mental health.
They also blamed me and said I ate all the food in the house, telling the clients I ate their personal snacks when I would only eat the leftovers I was allowed to eat. Now I will admit when I first started working there, I wanted coffee or tea because I was working overnight and I was trying to stay up. We were able to have coffee, and I saw tea next to it, and I decided to make myself one packet. I did not know that was one of the clients and I did apologize for this I even tried to replace it. I was verbally reprimanded again. I will insert pictures of most of the situations that happened that made me extremely uncomfortable.
Miss. Lacobra started a iMessage conversation with all staff and she asked everyone if they stole a box of taquitos or took it home and I was in class at the time so I couldn’t respond back within the hour. I was asked this question at 7:30 AM and my shift ended at 7 AM that day so I was taking a nap getting ready for my classes, so I didn’t respond back right away because I literally just worked (overnight) and I was tired. Miss. Lacobra decided to only put my name in the group messages which was extremely uncomfortable and all staff got really disrespectful with me because of this incident.
Additionally, staff Latonya and Tami were extremely rude and verbally abusive, making me uncomfortable. I will say that one of the manager Mr. Justin is a really great person. All NOC was amazing.

Horrible management. Specifically Cheryl who is clearly running the company to the ground and all the employees despise her. Stay away from this company, it’s a very toxic environment for the kids and the employees. The kids get treated with verbal aggression and are malnourished because all they eat are frozen meals.
