The quality of the providers here are declining. I’ve had one spectacular female doctor who transitioned away from this place. Front desk ladies are always friendly and lovely. So far a couple of their therapist were also wonderful and one eventually transitioned away from the clinic. Which makes me wonder why the good ones move? I believe that their goal to help people will decline if the doctors they bring in lose their integrity and sense of basic empathy and respect for their patients. The goal for patients in all medical parameters is to get better not worse. And no- not everything is in their head.

I love Alianza because they care, they even know me by name. The providers are great , they do their jobs well. They also have a bunch of community resources and services. I would recommend Alianza for any mental health needs.

It all started well for the first couple of months, I received great help and services overall until I had an incident during a therapy session where it was interrupted twice by a professional. She knocked on the door once while we were in session and my therapist said out loud that she was with a client. I continued my conversation and a few moments later, we heard someone scream “LIAR!” through the door. I’m not even going to mention the awkwardness of what happened next but I hope this review helps them reflect on their actions and how important it is to be self-aware. This is a place where many people come to feel safe, slowly build trust in order to open up and take the next steps of healing but to have something like this happen because a professional was feeling insecure, it’s just not ok.

I’m giving one star because the establishment is opened during typical business hours. I brought my son here on a regular basis. He is dead now. I tried to give them a heads up on my sons condition and try to provide them with information to help him. It was all a waste of time. They didn’t listen to me, and they didn’t listen to him. In case I haven’t mentioned, previously, he is dead now. If you care for your loved one, don’t bring them here.

This organization has passed from, "new doctor, " to, "new doctor." They used to have both problem doing tele-health appointments for me. Their nurse practitioner gas given multiple issues while assisting me with where I want my prescriptions filled and on the refills. This organization was quick to gaslight me on voice-mail they did not even leave me. They were trying to convince me of transferring my care elsewhere, to which they would not even do because they wanted me to drive to their office in San Diego. If you're looking for help with mental-health, steer far away from this corrupt organization.

Good service starts from the reception and the person that answers the phone. Almost everytime I call they dont even say Hi to you, just, Alianza!!! Then I try to explain why I am calling and they just say, whats the first and last name? With such a tone, almost yelling at you. And I am a social worker, I can not imagine how they talk to patients.

I am always dreading to call or visit this place. The reason being is the receptionist, I feel she is quite rude and that she does not truly listen or care about what I have to say or what I need. This makes me feel disregarded and uncared for. I am hoping they can work on a solution to what I feel is a lack of care and unprofessional behavior.
