Stood in line for over an hour and watched several people walk out in frustration before I walked out in frustration...
Don't waste time calling the 1-800# as it's also a waste of time and they cannot help you whatsoever...
The 1-800# is an outside agency HIRED to field telephone calls. Can't afford to hire a couple people but can hire an OUT OF STATE agency...?!?!
