Their 3 times a week walk in market is so great. You almost don't know you're at a food bank. Everyone is so friendly and the experience is quick and feels so much less degrading than other pantry options. I just wish the choices were better. More staples needed and fresh fruit and veggies. I've never gotten milk butter or eggs. They don't even have peanut butter and jelly usually. It's definitely hard to make a meal out of the items you get sometimes.

Arrived 1 hour before my appointment.

Friendly employees, but I did notice a couple of employees wondering why I was taking so long to dock.

Not a whole lot of space to dock when there are other trucks around, but definitely doable if you TAKE YOUR TIME. You will pull in blind side, or you can choose to back in off the street.

If there aren’t any trucks parked in the lot and you aren’t driving a long nosed Pete, you can turn around in the parking lot to back in driver side.

There are a few obstacles (employees parked cars, 4 wheeler traffic , dumpster, pedestrian traffic, etc), but not too much in the way.

I’ve learned that if you are early and other truckers are impatient, or there is a language barrier, just let them do their thing and wait. Better to dock and not hit anyone or anything.

Don’t bother calling the number on the door; no one will answer. Just walk in the door next to where the docks are and let them know you are there. They will give you a door to back into.

Quick unload.

Arrived 30 min prior of appointment time. Called the number listed on the door for check in and could not get an answer for 30 min. Someone finally came out and gave me a dock door (tight blind side) and took 1.5 hrs to unload

Docks are kind of narrow. You have to be careful backing in. Unloaded me in about an hour. Watch your paperwork they tried to give me someone else's.
