The philosophy of this organization is admirable; it’s unconscionable that it isn’t followed.
Our sister was in an Agape facility for a number of years. It was horrible to see her level of care dropped to such serious stages, she ended up hospitalized. We have records from the hospital and ER visits.
Her room was filthy, nicer clothes mysteriously “disappeared” and she incurred bruising where no bruises would typically occur in a “normal fall”.
When calling management about issues, phone calls were NOT returned.
The only reason they even got one star is that you don’t have a “MINUS” star rating.

Most staff are incredibly rude and insensitive. RCM takes side of the staff and doesn’t ask why you are upset. They also move your stuff without your knowledge. If I could give negative stars I would.
