I am on Cloud 9 this moment. Malena Hart made my day. She is by far, the Best Worker I have ever had, on any type of case. She took her time explaining things to me so patiently in a way I understood. I asked some really Stupid Questions and not once did I see the sign of Anger on her face. She never once told me that I had to sign this or that RIGHT NOW. Or I had to decide RIGHT NOW ! I did not feel very well mentally yesterday, and she Understood. I wasn't feeling very well both physically & mentally upon her arrival this morning. But after our interview, I am a Happy Woman on Cloud Nine. Not ready to Dance the Gig Yet. But we need more Women Workers like her. She was Absolutely Wonderful & a Joy to have had the Pleasure of her company this morning. She reminded me of my 😇 that is ALWAYS on my Sholder.

I have been in several different facilities and had experience with different Hospice care for a year now and My biggest concern has been My blood sugar levels and A1c and they have been 3-500 the whole time until I was lucky enough to get Affinity to help Me now I have been able to keep My blood sugar below 200 😊 and I know My A1c is at an acceptable range. With Affinity I feel like somebody cares about Me 🤗 24hrs a day
