Very bad experience without even hearing what I need why I need why I’m taking those medication that prescribed by my previous PA. He was stubborn to listen so I did not finish the visit I left I changed my care provider to United health

I got there at 1:00 when my appointment was scheduled. They were having a meeting, and I had to wait outside the door until 1:10 PM.
Once I got in, everything went fine. Dr. Shawn is the best.

The office is very slow at getting to their patients. If you have an 8am appt count on being there 2hrs or more. Our first visit to this office, my mom had her prescriptions that needed to be filled. The doctor was shown the prescription and for some odd reason still ordered the wrong thing. That mistake cost almost $300 and the doctor admitted to her mistake, but didnt want to reimburse for it. Messages were left for the office manager, but she wouldnt call back. It took almost 3 weeks to finally speak with the office manager
She claimed to have notified the business office and gave us the name of a gentleman handling the issue along with his business card . Come to find out the number on the card was in fact the office managers number. The gentleman thats name was on the business card wasnt even known at the business office. It took over six weeks for my mom to be reimbursed for the doctors mistake. It was questionable if we wanted to continue our service at this office , so we've decided to take our service to the other office. As of today, my mom was informed that she was no longer a patient at either office in caruthers. This is all due to the office manager.

If I could mark nothing on my review I would. With all thats happened it looks as though this office is shady along with the office manager.
