Everytime I call the people are rude and constantly Interrupting me. I haven't found 1 person here that actually enjoys their job and enjoys helping people. Plus management works from home. They don't care about the homeless.

The lady that answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever talked to ever in my life and I literally talked to her three times and all three times. She has been nothing but unprofessional rude and just disrespectful and just flat out nasty towards me. I don’t really write a lot of reviews Especially not no bad ones you guys need to get that lady from off that desk cause she doesn’t help and she doesn’t do anything and I know multiple people that can vouch the same thing

The bagged lunch was fantastic. There was a deli turkey meat sandwich with provolone cheese, Doritos, orange, Capri sun and a homemade chocolate chip cookie. Very good food 😋

The lady literally laughed at me when i said "well I guess i'm just going to have to stay outside and freeze and die because I'm not allowed into any shelters because lansing shelters are racist and don't work well with people whom are mentally ill.' So I guess I don't qualify for tour program." How ridiculous ....I can't believe the lady who answered the phone laughed at Mt situation. .I wouldn't dare receive help from this scam organization.
