The rude lady that answered my phone call, needs an attitude adjustment and a training on customer service/over the phone, reception work. This clearly states California of Social Services - So I called to ask if it was the office of Social Services in relations to the Fresno County Social Services, .. Uurrrr, this is Adoptions.. In which I respond, okay so I apologize I got this number from online, is the address... And before I could finish my sentence, she chimes in “The address is for Adoptions, what you need to do is...” And I am now fed up with her for interrupting me- “All I am wanting to know now, is if the California Social Services posted online is the Suite 109 or what have you, is that YOUR office of Adoption only rather Social Services? “YES I’m Adoptions.”
