Maybe the best doctor’s office I’ve been to. First rate staff. My primary doctor always gives me plenty of time. Listens and understands my issues and concerns. Is humble enough to recognize when a specialist is needed. Nurses are always patient and professional. Couldn’t recommend this office more.

From the moment I first met her, I was impressed by her responsiveness to my questions and concerns. Unlike many doctors who seem rushed, Janayia always takes her time, ensuring that I feel heard and understood during every appointment.

However, it was her swift action and thorough follow-up that truly saved my son's life. When she sent him to the lab and then promptly called him to go to the hospital due to dangerously low levels, I realized just how fortunate we were to have her as our doctor. Thanks to her quick intervention, my son received the necessary medical attention and care, ultimately leading to his recovery after a challenging five months in the hospital.

I cannot express enough gratitude for NP Janayia Richardson's expertise, compassion, and commitment to her patients' well-being. She is not just a Nurse Practitioner ; she is a guardian angel who goes above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of those under her care. The worst doctor to ever go the doc called child services on my son just for the iron being low never in my lifetime. Have I experienced anything like this with any of my kids doctors they’re really unprofessional do not know how to take care of their patients I had to take my son to like four different appointments because they couldn’t find his vein. Really really unprofessional. Please be aware of people.

I can’t in good faith recommend this place as they completely lost my medical records and tried to treat me as a new patient.

I had been to see doctor Michelle Louise Catanzarite previously, she is LITERALLY my primary care physician, but they have no records of my visit.
And if you are a new patient, good luck getting an appointment that is less than a month away, though if you do manage to get one, don’t get excited.
They will probably cancel it and try to reschedule it for another month away, as happened to me.

So… 2 months to get an appointment for a doctor I have already seen.

I am absolutely disgusted that they lost the record of my being there, as that is literally the LEAST of the things one should expect from their medical provider.
Especially since the doctor prescribed me medication!
How do you not keep records of medication prescribed to me?
Quite disturbing.
Clearly I must change my primary physician, and will not be patronizing this medical center.

I am beyond grateful 🙏🏽 for this team of amazing Dr's 👏🏾 after losing my motion picture union medical insurance, I have floated around in limbo, a social worker through Culver City Senior Center went above & beyond to find me this insurance in my current situation & by far the most incredible care & quick to refer me to additional care & referrals, equal to my former motion picture insurance, if not better in many ways, & that was the Rolls-Royce of insurance. Dr Mark Kazman is the kindest most attentive Dr. & just beginning wit Dr. Suser for my mental health, in physical therapy... all in a matter of months...
