I was hit by another driver. They damaged my 10 year old car and their insurance totaled the car. I am choosing to keep the car since it is only cosmetic damage. I need to re title with a salvage title? Ok, I thought. I have AAA and have had it for over 5 years.
Not only don't they do that but they would not even talk me through the process 🤔 No help whatsoever ☹️

Not sure if this is the right location but for the tow truck driver Damien from I think AAA San Leandro, he was AMAZING, super knowledgeable and kind. He gave me a lot of good information he noticed that was wrong about my car after he came and picked me up. He explained what he noticed to the mechanic I had it towed to. He was just overall great!!

I wasn't too happy about having my grandfather drive all the way over to sign a title after I was told by DMV that it did not need to be signed. The smart mouth middle eastern man in the front said, "The dmv should have told you not to write in pencil either". I was already aware of that. The lady said to write in pencil so I would know what I would be writing on with pen because making mistakes would cause a delay and a redo. That person needs to work on his customer service skills. I should have went to DMV instead and that person should not be working at Triple A with that kind of attitude.

Me and my wife we were with AAA for more than 15 years the rate was not bad but recent years AAA kept on raising the rates higher and higher even me and wife we have no point no ticket no accident so we switched to Costco connect auto insurance now instead of $4570 yearly For 2 early model suvs one full coverage and one liability now we pay only $1640 per year for the same coverage that we used to pay for AAA we saved $2930 now that's big

Our first visit here to get passport photos and International Driving Permit. We were happily greeted as soon as we walked in the door. No wait time and the two ladies that assisted us were super friendly and helpful. Easy parking, too!

Always a Great Experience every time i go there. Quick & efficient lines and Staff ready to help people. LOVE their DMV Abilities means it won't take all day or make you sleepy. Ample parking just off Hesperian boulevard. HAPPY I GOT MY TAGS EARLY !!! YAY :))
