This place is a mess. They told me I had an appointment. But when I show up for it they say I don't have an appointment. I explained to them it was difficult to get there and asked if they could help me. I showed them on my phone where it said I had an appointment on their website. And also the notice I got. They still tried telling me I had no appointment and that I was wrong. And they did nothing to help me whatsoever. Then I got a notice saying I would not receive benefits because I missed my appointment that I showed up for that they told me I didn't have. This place is just ridiculous

Don't bother trying to call because u will be on hold for hours at a time they don't pick up phone calls employees are also very rude in person terrible office can't even answer a phone call what are they getting paid for?

The worst no no. Second worst place on earth next to the DMV makes sure you go right after lunch midweek n you might have a chance

Wait time has been drastically cut due to the kiosks that they have to help clients the workers also assist you there. The social workers there are very good at their job and most of them have a pleasant disposition.

I've had pretty good experiences here. I've gone through a lot physically losing my job having a stroke recently and most have shown me nothing but kindness and professionalism. Their job is hard, they need to be appreciated! ❤️?

Never a problem. Come to get multiple things done. First floor ebt and medi cal. 3rd floor one stop center to look for work and schooling its a hidden gem. Multiple bus lines go through the area.

But be good sheriffs guard the place and the courthouse is across the street.

Not sure but i think if you have a placard its free parking.

I went to this location to address an issue about a month ago. The entrance had been changes but the issue has been resolved. The staff professional, customer service focused, and patient in answering questions from visitors. I would also like to give positive to the person who takes the money for parking at that site.
