the work which I heard was completely appreciable but experience which I got is totally not acceptable. They literally listen to one side of story and doesn't bother about 2nd one also doesn't see if it's truth or not simply follow whatever coming in thier way and inview of giving justice to them, leaves with giving unjustice to unheard ones and this became one of the Emotional and mental torture by itself which is very very wrong....

A place where women are heard completely, solution are explained, time is given and process is done in a very professional way. A number of professional lawyers sitting here to attend the women in trouble. They will listen to you will all their at tension and a smile on the face and make you feel secured and protected.
Just make a call and fix and appointment and update the operator if you won't be able to visit for some reason. So that they will give that time to somebody else who is in que.

It's really disappointing to learn that even Majlis doesn't bring any hope to financially restrained clients. With great expectations people approach Majlis only to lose hope further. Not because their case is weak but due to failure on part of lawyers who fail to earn confidence of clients. That is what such clients want to feel - confidence in Majlis. It's not there! No one is expecting then to get attached with clients nor am I saying that the lawyers here do. But at least build some confidence instead of making them feel left out or to leave them to suffer further.

Very disappointing, sent my maid a senior citizen since she was being harassed by her son but no action ,not even a call to ask her abt the situation. In India NGOs are a joke.

Got a first meeting for one of my acquaintances from a financially weak section..After that they have been unresponsive ...Numerous calls seeking an appointment have gone unheeded..No call back ...The helpline does not respond ...Had read lot of good things about Majlis ...They are probably better at PR than at really helping destitute women fight for their rights
