I always came here growing up as a kid with my grandma going to knitting classes, thrift shopping, and more. It was always so much fun. Everyone that i interacted with was so fun, and caring. They helped out when you could.

It's a really decent little thrift store that keeps getting better and better in regard to organization, quality of merchandise, and cleanliness. And it has the best prices and sales in the area, hands down! Well done ?

Forget the negative comments. I've had lunch here several times and not only are the lunches temping and delicious the portions are large enough so that what you don't eat can be taken home (container provided) so that you have dinner as well. I have frequented the thrift shop as both a customer and a donator and have found many useful items at a very fair price. I have yet to meet a staff member that is anything but pleasant and friendly. This center provides many services to our community elders and it is obvious they truly care about providing them. I have nothing but good things to say.

Went to the Thrift Store today to drop off an SUV full of donations and was absolutely shocked at seeing other donations sitting outside (some obviously had gotten wet in the recent monsoon). There were several EMPTY bins just sitting there. We were told "Well, we do our best. We cover everything." Obviously their best is very poor. Some of the boxes had been looked through and left uncovered. No one had bothered to cover them again. Their loss I guess. I spoke with the board president and was told that all the thrift stores there leave things outside, uncovered. Gee, I guess this makes it OK. We strive to support all local businesses, but I guarantee the Senior Center Thrift Store will never be one. In all fairness the board president, Sandy Emerson, was very pleasant, saying there're trying to cover the drop off area...but. How disappointing to those that have left donations including furniture and find they were left out in the rain. It is shameful . I wonder how many will donate again. As an addendum, we were told by Ms. Emerson that if we had gone to the front door and told someone inside that we had donations, they would have had therm brought inside. We did! With absolutely no offer to do so.

Everyone is very friendly. The salad bar always looks for fresh. Although I have not eaten here the food always smells amazing! Great place for the older folks to have a meal with their neighbors and enjoy some good laughs
