First timer for this gym. Very nice set up. Everything you could possibly think of available. Not crowded no obnoxious music playing and the people that were there were focused on fitness not socializing. Great yoga/stretching room upstairs with some weights & kettle bells for more work outs.
No easily seen rules posted if any other than the waiver form I signed.

Definitely will be a regular ?

Great had a mandatory inservice meetin there and the air was cool .... i do think they should open the skating rink back up tho kids would love it!

Van buren was very impressive how the community pulled together when it flooded and they did a wonderful job feeding the volunteers helping I wish to move over there because of the community spirit

Love love love working out here. Perfect little gym for me to get a good workout in, and not be uncomfortable! The people are great, super nice when I bring my kids.

Really inexpensive gym recently renovated and with plenty of equipment. 24/7 access once you are signed up, family prices are really cheap.
